Think As You Shop Event - March 7 2009

There was a good turnout
for this event which aimed to promote supporting
ethical trading both at home and abroad. There
were stalls, guest speakers, refreshments and
activities for children. Also an opportunity to
take part in the attempt to set a new record for
banana eating, which was organised as part of
Fairtrade fortnight.
The logo design competition was judged at the
event. Congratulations to the winners Chloe
Anderson (under 18) and Sharon Best (over 18s).
